Do I need any baking experience?
Not for our beginner classes. Every class shows its level, and we explain each step as we go.
Are classes live or pre-recorded?
Every class is taught live, in real time. That's what lets you ask questions and get feedback on your own bake.
How do I book a seat?
Choose a class and date, then send a request from the Book a Class page. We'll confirm your seat by email with everything you need.
How big are the groups?
We keep groups small so your teacher can see every baker and answer questions as you go.
What time zone are classes in?
All class times are listed in Eastern Time (ET). Please convert to your local time when picking a date.
What if a class I want is full?
Request it anyway and choose your preferred date. We'll add you to the waitlist and let you know if a seat opens.

What do I need to join?
A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and microphone, a steady internet connection and a place to set it where you can see the screen while you work.
When will I get my recipe pack?
It's emailed ahead of your class, with the recipe, shopping list, tool list and any make-ahead steps.
Do I need special equipment?
Most classes use everyday tools. A digital kitchen scale is strongly recommended. Anything else will be listed in your recipe pack.
What if I fall behind?
Just let your teacher know. We check in throughout class, and every step is written in your recipe pack so you can catch up.
What if I need to change my booking?
Email us as early as you can at Cookraya@outlook.com and we'll go through your options.
