How it works

A live class, step by step.

No pre-recorded videos and no guessing. Here's what happens from the moment you book to the moment you slice into your bake.

The process

Four simple steps.

  1. Choose a class

Browse the class menu, check each level and pick a date from the live schedule.

  2. Request your seat

Send a booking request. We'll confirm your seat by email along with your private class link.

  3. Get your recipe pack

Ahead of class you'll receive the recipe, a shopping list, a tool list and any make-ahead steps.

  4. Bake together, live

Join on time, set your camera on your workspace and bake along. Ask questions whenever you need.

Before class

What you'll need.

Most classes use everyday kitchen tools. Anything special will be listed in your recipe pack.

A device with a camera

Laptop, tablet or phone with a microphone, placed where you can see the screen.

Steady internet

A reliable connection in your kitchen so you can follow along without interruptions.

A home oven

Any standard home oven works. We'll talk about adjusting for yours during class.

A digital scale

Strongly recommended. Weighing ingredients makes baking far more reliable.

Bowls & basic tools

Mixing bowls, a spatula, a whisk and the pans listed for your class.

Your recipe pack

Printed or on a second screen, with ingredients measured before class begins.

During class

What a live lesson feels like.

Watch up close

Clear demonstrations of every technique, from kneading to shaping to finishing.

Ask anytime

Speak up or type a question. You'll get an answer while it still matters.

Bake alongside

Work through each stage at the same time as your teacher, never left behind.

Finish with a bake

End class with something you made yourself and the confidence to bake it again.

Still wondering?

A few practical answers.

What if I fall behind during class?

Just say so. Your teacher checks in throughout the lesson and the recipe pack has every step written out, so you can always catch up.

Where should I put my camera?

Aim it at your workspace so your teacher can see your dough or batter. A stack of books or a simple stand works well.

When will I get my recipe pack?

It's emailed ahead of your class, with enough time to shop and finish any make-ahead steps.

Sounds good? Let's bake.
